Tazers are not non-lethal.
One more fatality, a man who was handcuffed.
Aren't tazers supposed to be an alternative for guns? Would you shoot a man who's handcuffed? Should police officers be allowed to? I don't think so.

Scratch the than. I think less lethal is a more realistic look at the situation. Those all have a place but can still be lethal.
